Chairman - £13,000 per annum reducing to £10,000 pa after two years (cf LSB £63,000).

Board Members - £3,000 per annum (cf LSB £15,000).

Chief Executive  - £50,000 per annum for 3 days each week (cf LSB £152,000 but full time).

LSB Levy (Set Up) - £30,000 (first instalment of £90,000 in total to be paid over 3 years).

LSB Levy (Running Costs) - £20,000 for period 1 January to 31 March 2010 and £80,000 for period 1 April 2010 to 31 March 2011.

CIPA - management of the Patent Register and Entity Registers - £50,000.

ITMA - management of the Trade Mark Register - £22,000.
