IPReg maintains statutory registers detailing all attorneys registered and regulated by it.  The statutory registers are available - Register of Trade Mark Attorneys and Register of Patent Attorneys.

In addition IPReg will be maintaining a statutory register of all entities regulated by it.  This is in the course of being compiled.

IPReg cannot provide advice on matters concerning Intellectual Property, nor can it advise on which Patent Attorney or Trade Mark Attorney might be best placed to assist an enquirer.
