IPReg maintains statutory registers detailing all attorneys and entites registered and regulated by it.  The statutory registers as at 31st December 2010 are available - Register of Trade Mark Attorneys and Register of Patent Attorneys.

A list of the registered entities can be viewed here. This list is for convenience and does not form part of the statutory register.

IPReg cannot provide advice on matters concerning Intellectual Property, nor can it advise on which Patent Attorney or Trade Mark Attorney might be best placed to assist an enquirer.
